Shoshana Rosenfeld is President of Shoshana Rosenfeld & Co., Inc., a management consulting firm specializing in executive coaching, leadership team development and strategic visioning. She is the author of the eBook, Pull: The Power of Magnetic Leadership. She has worked with executives and intact leadership teams from a wide variety of companies including Gap Inc., eBay, Cisco, Johnson & Johnson, Peet’s Coffee & Tea and Genentech, among others.

For over two decades Shoshana consulted on numerous leadership development projects including educating law firms and HMOs on cultural competency in the workplace and working as a multimedia producer for a company that created web-based training programs centered on licensed content from leadership experts Peter Senge, Ken Blanchard and Tom Peters. Her own leadership skills were honed in part by her participation in multiple high-altitude climbing expeditions, including leading a climbing team to the summit of Mount Rainier in Washington.

Prior to her work as a leadership development specialist, Shoshana founded and led the adolescent AIDS prevention program for the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. In this capacity, she gave hundreds of presentations throughout the United States on adolescents and HIV prevention, in addition to being a lead speaker at the 4th International Conference on AIDS in Stockholm, Sweden. The American Medical Association and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention consulted with Shoshana on writing the first policies on HIV testing for teens.

Shoshana earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University in Boston and earned her Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with honors from Boston University. In addition, she received a Professional Coaching Certification from New Ventures West, where she also served as an adjunct faculty member.

Shoshana is the recipient of a number of awards for her work over the course of her career, including: The Teamwork Award, Ninth House Network; Best Documentary Short, Reeling Film Festival, Chicago; The Pride in Performance Award, Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Governor’s Award for Outstanding Work in AIDS Education.

Passionate about giving back to the community, Shoshana serves on the Board of Connect Africa, a non-profit aimed at creating self-sufficiency for the citizens of Uganda.  She also coaches young people at SAGE Scholars, a UC Berkeley leadership program for low-income, high-achieving students.

Shoshana specializes in partnering with executives and their teams to create cultures of Pull Leadership.
